Royal Enfield teed up a Media Launch for the new Royal Enfield Scram 411. You can read all about it right here! For any more info about the Royal Enfield Scram 411, drop in and see us!

Australian journalists recently geared up for the Australian Scram Media Launch. Starting the journey in Kingscliff NSW at the amazing Peppers Salt Resort, they zipped and zagged through the twisty mountain roads, all whilst taking in the incredible mountain and regional town scenery, before arriving at Queensland Moto Park.

The riders had a great opportunity to test out the new Scram on the roads before getting down and dirty on the track. A few showcase laps led by our Factory Rider, Josh Farrell, certainly set the tone for what was about to follow… fun, at every turn. The ride was followed by a memorable night around the campfire, with amazing food, company and the star-filled night sky, all hosted by our good friends at Salt Creek Moto in Ballina.

Hear what the journalists had to say about the latest addition to the Royal Enfield line-up, the Scram 411!

Bike Review
“The Scram 411 has been tweaked to give a rider focus on city riding as well as being suitable for weekend off road adventures. Impressively, with a slightly bigger soul, the Scram 411 managed to creep just past 130km/h, which exceeded my expectations.”

“There’s a solid pedigree on which the 2022 Royal Enfield Scram 411 is based. Ergonomically the Royal Enfield Scram 411 is superb, with well positioned (and easily adjusted) handlebars, gear and brake levers, and a seat height and width that caters for a variety of shapes and sizes.”

AMCN (Australian Motorcycle News)
“Street scrambler is a fitting tag for the new Royal Enfield Scram 411, a bike allegedly designed for those who tackle the urban jungle throughout the week but who want to use the same machine to escape it on the weekends. For those after a simple and affordable all-rounder, Royal Enfield reckons it has the answer with its new Scram 411 ‘street scrambler’.”

AMM (Australian Motorcyclist Magazine)
“Handling, thanks to the change from the Himalayan’s 21-inch front to a 19-inch makes turn in much faster and, I found, more relaxing on rough roads with the change in geometry. In the process of stripping down the Himalayan to become the Scram 411, Royal Enfield has created a product that pretty much does everything a Himalayan does, but with slightly more ease and more comfort, and this is where the Scram 411 shines.”
