Motorcycle Servicing & Repairs
Scooter Style’s experienced motorcycle mechanics offer logbook servicing and mechanical repairs tailored to most motorcycle brands, whether they’re fresh off the lot or have been with you through countless adventures. It’s essential to get your bike serviced regularly to maintain its reliability and safety.
We’re an authorized workshop for Royal Enfield, so when you choose our services, you’re preserving your manufacturer’s warranty.
At a minimum, our services include:
- Change of engine oil, and oil filter. Replacement of air filter if needed.
- Brake fluid level assessment and refill if necessary.
- Brake pad inspection (if replacements are needed, we’ll seek your approval beforehand).
- Applying lubricant and making necessary chain adjustments.
- Evaluating tire pressure and tread.
- Electrical checks including display screens, headlights, and brake lights.
- Any pre-agreed repairs or part fittings.
WHEN TO SERVICE:
Every 12 months or 5000Kms
3-6 months or 500KMs
The initial maintenance holds equal significance to a standard service; mechanics perform the same comprehensive checks and pay extra attention to ensuring accurate factory assembly and adjustments. If necessary, oil filters are replaced, and new oil is flushed into the system.
This initial maintenance is crucial for warranty purposes.
Beyond repairs and servicing, we’re also adept at fitting motorcycle accessories, and we can coordinate this with your service.
Our workshop mechanics work on our customers’ bikes from 8.45 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
Typically, services wrap up on the same day. Drop off your bike from 8.30 am or earlier as we can make arrangements to leave it in the parking bays out the front and retrieve it by 4.30 pm. If you’d rather not part with your bike for the day, let us know when you book, and we’ll ensure it gets priority attention at the time we have agreed to book you in.
While we work on it, feel free to unwind with a coffee on us. Or walk to the very popular cafés in and around the area. If transportation is a hurdle, we offer a pickup service for your motorcycle from $75 within local Noosa Post Code areas.
Each service concludes with the addition of a Service Sticker placed discreetly under your seat. It will indicate the odometer reading or the service date, so you never miss a future service date. We aim to send 12-month SMS reminders too. Also, remember to bring your owner’s logbook, and mention it when you drop it off and we’ll keep it updated. Ensuring you maintain a comprehensive service history helps with resale.
We stock or can order original parts and aftermarket for Royal Enfield. Additionally, we can procure both aftermarket and original parts for various other brands, and sometimes we could have second-hand parts for those rare models.
Scooter Style and Noosa Motorcycles is a certified Approved Inspection Station (Authorisation Number 9964). W can provide a Safety Certificate (Roadworthy Certificate or RWC) exclusively for motorcycles. For detailed information on Safety Certificates, click here.
