Scooter Style Benelli Scooters Showroom Welcome to the Scooter Style Benelli Scooters Showroom. We are glad to introduce Benelli Scooters to our Scooter Showroom. As one of the oldest motorcycle and scooter manufacturers in the world, Benelli has brought a new and refreshing innovation and change to the scooter and motorcycle industry. Benelli was renowned in the 20s, 30s, 50s and 60s for winning many international races. In 2002 the company produced the 900 TRE "sport" engine, a unique three-cylinder engine with revolutionary, sports performance, completely designed, developed and produced in Italy. Benelli scooters also inspired world wide innovations in scooter design. Today, with the presentation of its new "NAKED" 1130cc bike, the Benelli strategy is to enhance its product range with a roadster inspired by café-racer/streetfighter bikes, exploiting and continuing the development of its three-cylinder basic engine, and at the same time developing the distinctive elements, which make it a unique brand. Benelli bikes and scooters are for all of those people who love a thrilling ride and like to make different choices, who share one dream and love motorcycles and scooters more than anything. Benelli Pepe 50 Scooter 50cc
Pepe can take on various characteristics, depending on the moment and on how it is used, though always preserving its basic characteristics. In the same way, the mechanics of this scooter are traditional, whereas the vehicle changes personality with the colours of the bodywork and depending on what is asked, of it. The frame, a "cradle" doubled in the back part, is made from high-tensile steel tubing and acts as a support base for any other components. Even the frame and fork are traditional, but characterized by careful design and, as with the other Benelli models, by excellent quality components. The braking system is oversized, with a 220 mm. front disk able to stop the vehicle promptly even in sudden emergencies. This is coupled with light alloy, "petal" design seven-spoke wheels, with differential crowning between the front and rear to make them even more attractive in looks. Looks and functionality are also seen in the fork, produced by Paioli Meccanica to exclusive Benelli design. All the facilities are protected by locks operated by the same ignition key. Lifting the saddle gives access to a handy helmet compartment, that can take the open-face models, and which is obtained by use of a special "ring-shaped" petrol tank which surrounds the actual compartment. Under the saddle, and thus equally protected by key lock, are the petrol tank and mixer oil caps. Lastly, the same key also opens the handy and capacious rear case. Whenever bigger loads have to be dealt with, there is also the smart rear pack-rack in chromed tubing, on which a wide range of small cases will be fitted at a later stage. Benelli Velvet 125/150 Scooter 125cc and 150cc
A fine example of motorcycle design, skilfully mixing custom-style chrome inserts and cafe-racer details, where the two headlights proudly scan the surrounding world and side air intakes, in true aeronautical style, are real eye-catchers. VELVET 125/150 has everything to arouse the envy and admiration of all, and, above all, to thrill you with its top handling - whatever the conditions! This scooter is a pleasure to ride - just like a true motorcycle - because riding pleasure is the first goal to be achieved, on a Benelli. The low weight of the vehicle combined with its outstanding frame and fork design offer gratifying performance, very easy handling and riding in traffic. VELVET 125/150 has a modern, developed engine, with liquid cooling and single-shaft distribution. Its absolutely innovatory line will amaze - but with class, it exploits an exclusive patent for adjusting the headlight beam angle (without having to get off) and an absolutely fantastic instrument panel. It's a sure success, and is designed to fully meet the needs of those seeking a substitute for the car, both in and out of town. The double headiight always stays on, both in the high-beam and low-beam position, in order to avoid the "one-eyed" effect typical of certain big-bore machines. There's also the ventilation system, with air drawn into the front part of the fairing and conveyed towards the radiator along the sides of the fuel tank, situated under the footboard and featuring a special horizontal "V" shape that converts into an aerodynamic duct. The saddle has two levels with true sports styling. The turn signals are detached from the vehicle, just like on true motorcycles. The headlight is brand-new in design and the electrical controls feature an extremely practical use.
